16.6.20 Phase Two & Key Worker Sign Up

EDIT: There is no change to Years 2-5.
Priority Year Groups
Depending on uptake, we hope to offer more time in school. Children will have a minimum of 1 day up to a maximum of 4 days. The offer will vary from class to class and we will let you know asap.
If your child is in a priority year and you wish to access the school provision next week then the following form must be filled in by Wednesday 17th June 6pm.

Key Worker Care
Many of you filled in a paper form last week. If you are happy with your request, then you do not need to fill in the online form for next week. If you need to change days or didn’t use a paper form last week please use the online form. If you no longer require key worker care next week, then please let me know asap so others can use the place.
