All of our school football teams played in their respective leagues recently. The B Team and Girl’s teams both played during week commencing 6th November. Both teams represented their school to the best of their ability.
The boys A Team played week commencing 13th November. They continue an excellent run beating Cleadon 4-1 and in a nail biting finish equalising with Ashley in the final seconds of the game for a 1-1 draw.
On Thursday 2nd November Year 5 and 6 entered a cross country competition at Temple Park. Our children did very well with two of our year 5 children winning individual race bronze medals. Our year 5 girls were the best team in South Tyneside.
Thank you for supporting Children in Need throughout our school. The children have had a great day ‘wearing their spots’ and some of our Y3 and Y5 children made extra money by selling cakes.
Our Y2 pupils have had a great time exploring with the bluebots and iPads to enhance their geography curriculum.
A huge thank you to BST Fabrics for their very kind donation of fabric for the Design Club!
