Please note – to relieve congestion in the Infant yard, access to the Funerama will now be through the Junior Gate into the Junior yard.
Entry times will remain the same :
3.00pm for Nursery and Reception after they have been collected from their usual exits (Nursery door and hall door)
3.20 pm for Years 1 and 2 who will be dismissed through the Infant yard as usual.3.30 pm for Junior children who will leave by the main door and go down the ramp.
Here’s a chance to have a look at Miss Folan’s Year 5 dance class, who performed to parents on Thursday evening.
They have trained hare for the last eight weeks and in that short time have mastered a fabulous routine with lots of new moves!
Well done to the children and Miss Folan.

Reception are looking for a rowing boat and an old microwave (not in working order) for the role play area in our outside classroom.

A big thank you to ICT in Schools at The Word for loaning our school Virtual Reality Headsets for a week.
All pupils from reception to year six have been given the opportunity to try this virtual experience and find out how the technology works.
Congratulations to both our A and B team netballers. A Team came first in the league and B Team were placed 4th out of 12 different teams. Well done to all members who attended practices since September, showed dedication to perfect skills and attended many competitions after school.
Look at some of the work our fabulous Y3 pupils have created. This is part of their on the Stone Age Period.
Y6 had a great day when they were invited to Northumbria University for the day to find out about life as a student and campus life.
They completed problem solving tasks, group games and a treasure hunt around the campus.

Y3 had a great afternoon when the Community Police Officers popped into school to work with them. Children enjoyed learning about the role of a police officer.
