Sunshine Day
We are working alongside the Seeds of Hope project run by The Chronicle’s Sunshine Fund. During the week of April 4th, KS2 will be planting a sunflower seed and teachers will be raising awareness of inclusion, diversity and equality.

Friday 8th April will be sunshine day where we invite the children to add something yellow to their uniform and  brighten the day. Donations will be warmly accepted via ParentPay.

Parent Workshops – Healthy Minds
On parents evening: Lisa from the NHS Healthy Minds Team will be here from 15.30 – 17.00pm. Lisa will have information about the Healthy Minds Team and how they can support children in our school. Lisa will be available for any general questions about the service.
Parents Workshop/Presentation: On Tuesday 5th April, Lisa from the NHS Healthy Minds Team will be running two presentations for parents/carers. These will run for half an hour, at 14.30pm and at 16.30pm.
The NHS Healthy Minds Team supports children with their mental health, and can give them tools to manage worry/anxiety and low mood. The presentation will give an understanding of the NHS Healthy Minds Team and how they can help children in school. Lisa will also let you know who to talk to if you think your child could benefit from the support of the NHS Healthy Minds Team.
