Our A team played in the High 5 School Games South Tyneside Finals on Tuesday. They came third in the tournament, therefore they qualified for the Tyne & Wear High 5 Finals, which will be held on Thursday 29th March at Blueflames, Newcastle. As always, they were excellent ambassadors for our school.
Y4 had a fantastic day when The Vikings came to visit on Friday! They learnt all about what The Vikings ate and sampled some of their dishes. They also made butter, learned to write in runes, made clay pots and did some Viking weaving.
The teachers and visiting Vikings were very impressed with how much effort had been put into dressing up for the day.
Thank you so much!
Congratulations to the High 5 A team who successfully qualified for the South Tyneside Finals today. They won all 6 games and didn’t concede a single goal. The finals will take place next Tuesday.
